Nura is a women’s health service founded by a NHS Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and a Psychologist & Counsellor. We provide up-to-date, evidence-based holistic care that integrates medical expertise with psychological support.

We offer group programmes, 1:1 programmes or one-off sessions to support your needs at whichever stage of your journey you are on - general women’s health, pre-conception, early pregnancy, antenatal, postnatal and menopause.

The postnatal period is one of the most significant transitions in a woman’s life, yet many parents feel far less prepared for this stage than for birth itself. Nura Thrive is our online postnatal preparation workshop designed to help women and their partners feel supported, informed and confident as they prepare for life with a new baby.

Created by a Consultant Obstetrician and women’s health specialists, the workshop combines evidence-based medical knowledge with practical guidance and emotional preparation. Our aim is to help families navigate the early weeks of parenthood with greater understanding, reassurance and confidence.

Nura Thrive provides clear, practical information about the early postnatal period, including:

• What to expect physically and emotionally after birth
• Recovery after vaginal birth and caesarean birth
• Newborn behaviour and the early days with your baby
